Is a very common problem that can happen to anybody. Depressed people tend to have unrealistic negative opinions about themselves, their life and their future.

Symptoms of Depression

Low energy, fatigue, sleep or appetite problems. Persistent sad or anxious mood. Little or no interest in activities that used to be interesting and enjoyable.

Treatment

Effective treatment is possible. It takes at least two weeks before treatment reduces the depression.
Adherence to any prescribe treatment is important.
